api: Rename some separation logic functions for consistency. (#7564)
This renames Solver::getSeparationHeap to Solver::getValueSepHeap, Solver::getSeparationNilTerm to Solver::getSepNil and Solver::declareSeparationHeap to Solver::declareSepHeap. @mudathirmahgoub @alex-ozdemir @yoni206
